Our Culture and Community

Being an impactful part of the South Carolina community is important to Boeing and the more than 7,800 Boeing South Carolina teammates. We take great pride in our community and have invested more than $100 million with local charitable organizations, emphasizing education, veterans and the environment.

Our teammates also give generously to many local causes through the Boeing South Carolina Employees Community Fund (ECF). More than $2 million has been given to local organizations thanks to teammate contributions to ECF.

Teammates give just as generously of their time, having participated in more than 8,000 volunteer opportunities in South Carolina through Boeing South Carolina’s a robust volunteer program.
